Working Environment

When using strong magnets, it is essential to ensure that the surrounding environment is in excellent condition. Currently, strong magnets have great development potential in the market and are widely used. When magnets are in operation, the most important thing to pay attention to is cleanliness. Since strong magnets are not very capable of adsorbing iron filings or tiny particles, if the working environment is relatively poor, the magnets will easily lose their magnetism, ultimately resulting in a shortened service life. Therefore, keeping the working environment clean is the most crucial requirement for strong magnets.

Indoor Environment

Generally, when storing strong magnets, attention should be paid to the indoor environment. Ensure that the indoor air is well-ventilated, and avoid choosing damp places for storage. A dry environment must be selected instead. Strong magnets have requirements not only for the working environment but also for the indoor environment. The indoor temperature should not exceed the working temperature of the magnets. For products that have not been electroplated, appropriate oil coating can be applied to achieve a rust-proof effect. When storing magnets, it is necessary to separate them from some sensitive magnetic bodies, and the storage environment should meet the relevant standards.
