Special attention should be paid to products that are not electroplated. Appropriate oil coating can be applied during storage to prevent rusting, which is also the main reason why we recommend anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of NdFeB magnets.
.Magnets should be shielded when transported in a magnetized state. In particular, for air transportation, they must be thoroughly shielded.
.During the use of magnets, it is necessary to ensure that the workplace is clean to prevent fine impurities such as iron filings from adhering to the surface of the magnets and affecting the normal use of the products.
.Magnets are hard and brittle in material. During transportation and installation, it should be ensured that the magnets are not subjected to severe impacts. Otherwise, improper handling may easily lead to damage or cracking of the magnets.
.Magnetic racks are suitable for storage in well-ventilated and dry rooms. Acidic, alkaline, organic solvents, water, high-temperature and humid environments can easily cause the magnets to rust, the plating to fall off, the magnets to pulverize and demagnetize.
.When storing magnets, care should be taken to keep them away from objects that are sensitive to magnetic fields, such as magnetic disks, magnetic cards, magnetic tapes, computer monitors, watches, etc. Electronic medical devices such as pacemakers should also be kept away, as it can be very dangerous.
.During operation and assembly, be careful to pick them up one by one to avoid collisions and damage caused by attraction. Prevent the scattered fragments generated by the impact of magnets attracting and closing from entering the eyes and causing harm to the human body.
.Stronger magnets (NdFeB and SmCo) should not be placed together with weaker magnets (AlNiCo and ferrite). In particular, they should not be placed with opposite polarities, as weaker magnets are prone to demagnetization.
.Since NdFeB magnets are very strong and their suction can reach more than 600 times their own weight, care should be taken to prevent hands or other parts of the body from being pinched by the magnets during operation. For larger magnets, more attention should be paid to personal safety and protection.
.During operation and assembly, be careful to pick them up one by one to avoid collisions and damage caused by attraction. Prevent the scattered fragments generated by the impact of magnets attracting and closing from entering the eyes and causing harm to the human body.
10. Please do not swallow magnets, and do not place magnets within the reach of children.
